By default both XP Home and Pro have allot of eye candy turned on. I don't need all of that extra stuff running on my PC so I turn it off. Here's how, Right click My Computer and choose Properties. this can be either with a HEX editor, but i have found that using a resource editor is much better. the one i will use is called Resource Hacker, available herein resource hacker open up the file called explorer.exe and go to the folder called stringtable>37 and the 1033 file you will see "start" in quotes towar the top. Theres a cool program called - Gadwin PrintscreenAnd what it basicaly does is takes a PS of your current screen and save it automaticaly in a directory as a .jpg .
